Marlene Quincoces, better known as "MarlyQ", is the Founder and CEO (Chief Events Officer) of StarMar Events; a comprehensive event consulting, production and management firm dedicated to taking the weight of the world off our client's shoulders from concept to fruition and beyond.
MarlyQ is a Social Entrepreneur & Philanthropist out to change the world through signature & client events. With over a decade of professional experience producing large-scale public and non-profit events in South Florida, she has built a notable track record of successful events despite her young age. MarlyQ has an undeniable passion and talent for uniting and energizing people. It is her professionalism, effervescent spirit, servant leadership and overall work ethic that energizes our team and has allowed StarMar Events to develop stellar relationships with clients like; The City of Doral, Florida International University, Miami Children's Hospital Foundation, Parent to Parent of Miami and Badass Business Women.
