What is your fee?
We charge a flat fee and it varies per event based on a thorough assessment. We take the time to understand your vision, needs and an estimated target budget before providing you with an exact proposal of what we can offer to help you shine. Once you approve our service and flat fee, it does not increase as it is not based on hours but rather promised deliverables and results.  

Do you offer a complimentary consultation?
Yes. Your first consultation is free when you complete the "Request a Quote" questionnaire provided in the Contact Us section.

Do you have any price lists or set packages?
No. We customize everything that we do to suit your needs since no two events are alike.

Does MarlyQ attend every event personally?
Usually. Unless you have contracted her as your CEO (Chief Events Officer), her time at each client event will vary. Rest assured there will always be an informed and knowledgeable StarMar Event Manager in attendance when MarlyQ can’t personally be there.

Can we view one of your functions in progress?
Yes. Since we respect our client’s privacy, this may only be arranged with their prior approval. We do many public events though and you are always welcome to check our Events Calendar and come see us in action!

Do you ever exceed the anticipated budget?
Sometimes. Once we've started planning, you may choose to select something more costly than you originally planned or unforeseen needs may arise. The final decisions are always yours, the original budget would not be increased without your consent / approval.

Can we speak to any former clients?
Absolutely. We aim to develop genuine and lasting relationships with all of our clients so we encourage you to check our Testimonials. We are very proud of our brand reputation and value the confidence our clients place in us.

If I've already hired the caterer or other components, can you still provide other services I am missing?
Yes. However, we are able to serve you better when we produce and manage all aspects of your event. Most of the clients we take on request our valuable comprehensive service from start to finish for a true hassle free event that allows you to shine.
